I'm so exited today! I would like to share with you some of my favourite artists who use stamps designed by myself! Everyday I find many projects with my old and new stamp designs (Stampotique Originals) and they are fabulous! Every month I will invite one or two artist to show you their artwork and tell a few words about themselves. I hope you will enjoy it because I...can't wait!
Today I would like you to meet Kassa. She is an amazing artist. I love the way she uses the stamps and how she colours them. Every image with her colouring looks stunning! Karen always surprises me, her ideas how to use stamps are amazing! She is really amazing andI'm so happy that I will meet her in three weeks!

A few words from Kassa
Hi there everyone
Tis Kassa here today (Karen Hayselden) xoxo
I've popped over onto Magda's blog to share some of my creations using a couple of Magda's amazing and oh sooooo adorable Stampotique stamps - PLUS - a give away or 4 (yes 4)........
So a few sentences about me before I show piccys and all that stuff - YeY!!!
I live in a beautiful part of England, West Yorkshire, Wetherby, I'm a proper Yorkshire lass, I live with my family and 3 dogs, a Pug called Sammy and 2 giant breed dogs, Leonbergers, Leo and Ruby.
Growing up art was around every corner, what an amazing journey I experienced, soaking up all the joy and love of creating. My Gramps was a fine artist, I say fine as he drew/painted fine architecture and magnificent landscapes, both my Grandmas sewed, knitted, flower arranged and cooked (alas cooking did not pass down through my genes hahaha!) And my Mum is an artist, a botanical artist, her pieces are so precise, so very beautiful, full of life and colour, exquisite - and also a qualified pottery teacher - I have and still do have fabulous guidance throughout my creative journey......
Now piccy time x
This card is created using the beautiful 'Lola' - I stamped her onto old book pages.
Don't you just love Brusho for backgrounds - sooo easy to use too - mind your wet paper does end up drying a tad curly lol
Agatha Heart was my inspiration for the following few designs - I do soooo loves Agatha x
Again I stamped Agatha onto old book pages, to 'toughen-up' and make these fragile old pages workable for my Derwent colouring pencils - I seal the pages and let the sealer dry before stamping the images, then I can softly, softly and slowly start to layer, layer and yes more layers the colours, bringing life and depth to the fabulous images.
Agatha Heart with her lovely wings works her magic on Christmas cards - especially with soft fibres and a little twinkle 'n' sparkle.
Give away time.......
The baubles below are all give aways created using Agatha Heart x
My inspiration for these were of course 'Agatha' and the very creative Trish Latimer, who a couple of years ago sent me an altered swap - a beautiful 'star' bauble which is hung up all year round cos I loves it sooo much. Now using the Agatha image and my take on Trish's bauble (I created my style baubles using clay - couldn't not what with my Mum's background) and voilà
So to be in with a chance of winning just pop in to my blog and leave a comment.
And lastly here's a tiny ATC (artist trading card) measuring 2.5" x 3.5"
Agatha Star was my inspiration - she had a little make- over lol, lost her star and gained a witches hat 'n' a lots of Halloween make-up lol
There is a mini tute up over on my blog showing part of this 'Agatha Halloween' ATC - Press Here to visit.
Awe I've had such a ball creating these little Christmas pieces - thank you Magda for inviting me over to share my love of your amazing images with your friends. And thank you everyone for popping by and peeping, hope you've enjoyed and I hope you are all lucky..........GOOD LUCK everyone.
ps (I buy my Magda design Stampotique stamps from Art From The Heart, Stampotique also sell direct - go take a peep at all Magda's other designs, they are all little delights)
Hugs
Kassa xoxo
