My first and last workshops in the UK this year!

I stopped running workshops a few years ago but there are some occasions when I can't say 'no' - this is one of them - I'll have a honour to show how I work at Dizzy Birds Crafts and at the same time celebrate Amanda's birthday!

It will be an amazing day, very creative and relaxing.

What can I say?! It has been amazing so far and still a few months to go! I have learnt a lot...and I still can't believe that I am among all these fantastic teachers!

moje pierwsze warsztaty w Polsce

Sorry my lovely readers, only in Polish today.

Do Polski zaglądam rzadko, raz na 1-2lata, i na krótko, 2-3 dni. 

W marcu nic się nie zmieni, pakuję torbę, wsiadam w samolot i przybywam na dłuższy weekend. Jednak tym razem żeby w 100% wykorzystać mój pobyt w Gdańsku, postanowiłam poprowadzić kameralne warsztaty.

Zapraszam wszystkich tu zaglądaczy ( ok, może nie wszystkich, tylko 7 miejsc wolnych ;)) na moje pierwsze warsztaty w Polsce!

Warsztaty odbędą się w moim rodzinnym mieście - Gdańsku - w Retro Drobiazgi Pracowni Artystycznej.

WARSZTAT MIXED MEDIA

Jeżeli chciałabyś zacząć przygodę z mixed media, poszukujesz nowych technik lub po prostu masz ochotę miło i kreatywnie spędzić dzień, ten warsztat jest dla Ciebie.

Każda z uczestniczek w ciągu kilku godzin stworzy kolorowy blejtram z produktów do scrapbookingu oraz odzyskanych materiałów. Podczas warsztatu zostaną pokazane techniki przydatne do stworzenia tła złożonego z kilku warstw oraz 'osoby' ze skrzydłami i poruszającymi się nogami.

Podczas warsztatu zostaną użyte m.in.: produkty 13arts (m.in.: gesso, gel medium) heavy gel medium, farby akrylowe, kredki Derwnent Inktense, kredki Faber-Castell Art GRIP Aquarelle, pastele, gelatos, Distress Inks itd.

Techniki, które zostaną pokazane na warsztatach z powodzeniem mogą zostać wykorzystane przy tworzeniu kartek, scrapów, alterowaniu przedmiotów czy art journalu.

Warsztat zostanie poprowadzony w kameralnym gronie.

Czas trwania warsztatu: 9.00 – 13.00

Cena warsztatu: 130zł

MINI WARSZTAT O ART JOURNALU

Warsztat skierowany jest do osób chcących zacząć przygodę z art journalem.

Na warsztacie zostaną poruszone podstawowe kwestie związane z art journalem m.in.: wybór odpowiedniego art journala; jak i z czego zrobić art journal; rodzaje art journala; techniki używane w art journalu itd.

Wszystkie tematy zostaną poparte przykładami.

Każda z uczestniczek będzie miała możliwość poznania kilku technik przydatnych w prowadzeniu art journala.

Celem warsztatu jest pokazanie, że każdy może prowadzić swój art journal bez potrzeby posiadania specjalistycznych produktów czy drogich materiałów.

Warsztat zostanie poprowadzony w kameralnym gronie.

Czas trwania warsztatu: 14.00 – 16.00

Cena warsztatu: 50zł

New toys + art journal workshops

My lovely followers, readers, friends!

I wish you a happy and magical New Year!

I have brought from my Middlesbrough trip some new toys - two colours of ColourArte Silks and Primary Elements. Fab products! Love them and need more! 
Here is a first spread with them (when I finished it and closed the journal I realised that I made it other way round in my art journal yhh).

I also used a lot of scraps for layers and Kasia's lovely stencil from TCW.
You can also find there a few Stampotique stamps. My little Nina from last release and Dream definition, Art junkie, Spheres.

I would like to share with you very exiting news!
From February 2015 I'm starting to run art journal workshops in Westhope College.
The workshops are for beginners and for those who wants to discover new techniques.
Each class will be different. Every time I will introduce you to new techniques and products.
But most important we will have a lot of fun creating  together in very friendly environment. We will let the inspiration flow!

p.s. Did I say something about delicious lunches in the College? ;)

Stampotique + amazing weekend

It was an amazing weekend with such lovely people...

But first my quick art journal page for Stampotique Originals challenge blog.

Last weekend I spent in the north of the UK in Middlesbrough (still don't know where is it lol) at Art Workshops. What can I say?! It was an amazing time with wonderful people. Full of fun and very emotional.

It was a challenge for me for sure. I have never been in any mixed media workshops. I wasn't sure if I would be able to create anything when people were around me. But I could! And it wasn't so bad lol

I have lovely ladies around my table. And a very special - hyper one next to me :P
